Rüdiger Fritsch specializes in commercial law and corporate law as well as employment and general commercial law.
The focus of his work is on advising medium-sized companies on corporate law in relation to the drafting and modification of articles of association, changes of shareholders, reorganizations under transformation law and all other related legal issues.
